固有肝動脈(Proper hepatic artery), 胃十二指腸動脈(Gastroduodenal artery), 右胃動脈(Right gastric artery)

問５：腹腔動脈(Celiac trunk)の枝を３つ答えよ。またそれらは椎体のどのレベルで分岐するか。

問６：膵頭部において吻合する血管を答えよ。またそれらは何動脈の枝であるか。

上前膵動脈(Anterior- superior pancreaticoduodenal artery), 上後膵動脈(Posterior- superior pancreaticoduodenal artery), 下前膵動脈(Anterior-inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery), 下後膵動脈(Posterior-inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery)  

前者２つは胃十二指腸動脈(Gastroduodenal artery)の枝であり、後者２つは上腸間膜動脈(Superior mesenteric artery)の枝である。

問７：固有肝動脈(proper hepatic artery)の枝を３つ答えよ。

右肝動脈(Right hepatic artery), 左肝動脈(Left hepatic artery), 右胃動脈(Right gastric artery)

※右胃動脈は総肝動脈(Common hepatic artery)から分岐することもあるが、固有肝動脈(Proper hepatic artery)から分岐することもある。
